To go against societal expectations and “norms” is to push against the weight of millions of voices. Some of which will scream, until nothing but air comes out. But even the air they create is filled with toxic gas that can poison the minds of those is surrounds.This incredible weight burdens the Many who are forced into the shadows by the archaic ideas of what they “should be”. The pain of the emotional and mental struggles that come with going against the masses can make even the most divine beings tired.
